Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

Terms And Conditions For Polls And Lucky Draws

As part of our marketing activities, we may conduct "polls" or "lucky draws" or similar participation offers involving a prize or token (the "Lucky Draw") either on our website, email or advertising materials. They are open to selected individuals who have provided their complete information in the prescribed format or return completed consent forms to Mail Expertize LLP within the offer period. ("Participants"; each a "Participant").

To qualify for the Lucky Draw, Participants must duly fill out and send their complete information in the prescribed format within the duration of the Luck Draw. The duration of the Lucky Draw ("Lucky Draw Period") shall be from 0000 hours of the start date of the offering period and will end on 2359 hours on the stated ending date. Each Entry submitted by the Participant should be made strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions herein before the Entry shall be deemed eligible for the Lucky Draw. Invalid or incomplete Entries will be disqualified from the Lucky Draw.

Mail Expertize LLP shall not be liable for any incomplete, lost, late, damaged, illegible or misdirected Entries for any reason whatsoever or problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers or technical problems, or any combination thereof. Information on how to participate in the Lucky Draw shall form part of these terms and conditions governing the Lucky Draw.
