CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Mail Expertize LLP believe in supporting its customers as far as possible and as far as the nature of its business permits it, and have therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Since many of its products and services are customer specific, the acceptance of cancellation and refund is therefore limited.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the order for customer specific products and machinery have already been communicated to our vendors, so that they have initiated the process of shipping them, or has been invoiced to the customer. Should Mail Expertize LLP in such a case accept the cancellation in the interest of the customer, it reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee of SGD 150.
No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Mail Expertize LLP marketing team has offered on special promotions. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
Mail Expertize LLP do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good. In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report immediately to our Customer Service team. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision after looking into your complaint .
REFUND
Customer specific products and machinery are not refundable.
'Off-the-shelf' products such as consumables can be refunded if they are in there original condition. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within thirty (30) days of your purchase. Please include your order number and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service.
